Peter Way
Peter F. Way, retired, was the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Peter Way Associates, a publisher of unconventional financial analysis and has served in senior roles at money center banks, institutional investment firms, as well as Portfolio Manger level responsibilities as an equity investment manager for pension funds and other institutions.
Peter is a veteran Chartered Financial Analyst, having been one of the first in the US over fifty years ago. He graduated with a with BS in Economics from the Wharton School and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Peter founded his firm in 1974 after serving 11 years at Citibank in New York City. At Citibank, he began as a research lead in the Trust Investment Division and was later promoted to Vice President. His creation of a computer-based company earnings forecast model, and introduction of the first time-shared computer terminal in 1965 led to its widespread use in the bank. He has managed research and quantitative analysts for the nation’s largest firms, arbitraged index options for NYSE Specialists, and managed portfolios of hundred-million-dollar equity investments for Fortune 100 corporate pension funds and non-profit endowments. Additionally, he has served as elected President of Professional Investment Analyst Societies in New York and California as well as the editorial boards of the Financial Analysts Journal and the CFA Digest.
Stuart Way
Stuart Way’s career in financial services includes IT consulting engagements with the broker/dealer Colin, Hochstin and Co, Automated Capital Systems, the Markets Group of The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the Fixed Income group of JP Morgan/Chase, the International Equity division of Dresdner, Kleinwort, Wasserstein, UBS Private Wealth Management, and Altegris Investments.
Stuart’s prior experience also includes PM and lead trader at The Quissett Fund, a hedge fund implementing a market-neutral strategy.
In addition to his role as co-founder of Institutional Intelligence, he is actively developing additional strategies inlcuding a new approach and model for the Dow Jones Industrial Index using the insights and analysis derived from Institutional Intelligence.
Rob Donnelly
Rob Donnelly is an investor and entrepreneur with twenty-five years of private equity, hedge fund, and operational experience. Former roles include principal investing, portfolio management, and executive management in funds, emerging companies, private equity, and real estate ventures.
Over his tenure, Rob has held positions as principal and portfolio manger in private equity, private credit, and hedge funds - which led to full registrations with both FINRA and the NFA. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University [Biomedical Science] and the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University [MBA] in Dallas Texas.
Based in Austin, Texas, he currently operates as a private investor and trader in search of asymmetric risk-return utopia.
